Outsourcing is the apportioning of non-core activity to a third party with expert skills and the activity is regulated by a legal contract.

Flowork Engineers are an outsourcing company in Costa Rica, of the following IT services: Business Process Consulting, Software Development and Software Implementation projects. During the outsourcing, the Team is headed by the Product Manager, who is the formal contact with the customer. The following diagram presents the Flowork Engineers’ roles during each project phase.

The onsite team and the offshore development center

Flowork Engineers’ Development Service Model is a combination between onsite and offshore development teams, achieving high quality, on time and low cost products while taking advantage of Costa Rica's geographic location.

Depending of the type of application and the end users’ profile, the Business Process Consulting and the Implementation teams may operate offshore or onsite.
